What PayNexus owns

Agencies lose hours when scheduling, visit verification, and payroll live in separate tools. PayNexus is the suite payroll product: it receives operational hours from BridgeNexus and keeps pay math out of the EHR.

Verified hours

Consumes visit and time records from BridgeNexus so payroll starts from verified presence, not a retyped timesheet.

Payroll processing

Agency payroll workflows for home care staffing patterns, kept behind a clear product boundary from clinical charting.

Export contracts

Structured hours and earnings exports for finance teams and external payroll partners where agencies already have a ledger.

Access control

Pay rates and earnings visibility stay role-scoped. Field and clinical users do not inherit payroll data by default.

Boundaries we keep

PayNexus does not store clinical documentation. It processes employment and hours data required for payroll. Clinical truth stays in CuraNexus; staffing and visit verification stay in BridgeNexus.

PayNexus build has started. Public availability follows BridgeNexus visit and hours contracts. Early-access demos today focus on CuraNexus and the suite path.
