BridgeNexus™
The staffing and visit layer of CuraSuite. BridgeNexus runs the operational day: who is assigned, who arrived, what changed, and what hours are ready for payroll.
What BridgeNexus solves
Clinical EHRs rarely own staffing well. Staffing tools rarely own the clinical record. BridgeNexus is built as the care-operations product in the suite so schedule, visit, and chart stay connected without merging into one unbounded system.
Shift planning and assignment that respects credentials, geography, and continuity of care, without a separate spreadsheet stack.
Check-in and check-out with presence proof so time records and visit completion are auditable for agencies and funders.
Day-of command for schedulers and field teams: open shifts, acknowledgements, and escalation paths when plans change.
External surfaces for clients and partners that read from the same operational record, not a parallel database.
Verified hours prepared for payroll handoff to PayNexus, without copying clinical chart content into the payroll path.
OIDC-ready authentication aligned with CuraSuite single sign-on so staffing users are the same people as clinical users.
Boundaries we keep
BridgeNexus holds operational data: assignments, visits, credentials, and risk notes needed to staff safely. It does not become the clinical chart. Encounter notes, diagnoses, and medication orders remain in CuraNexus.
Payroll math and pay display stay behind the PayNexus seam. BridgeNexus exports verified hours; it does not invent a second payroll system inside scheduling.
